Are you a store?
No. We are not a store. We are a dessert catering service. We specialize in baking on demand, whatever your dessert needs may be.
Do you have low-calorie pies or cakes?
Please call to discuss your needs. We can work with you to make a delicious dessert that fits your requirements.
Should I store my cake in the fridge or on the counter?
A cake or Buttermilk Pie will keep much longer if stored in the fridge. However, a cake kept covered on the counter will last a week and still taste great.
Of course, Cheesecakes, Lemon Pies, Cream Pies and any refrigerator-based product will need to be stored in the refrigerator and not left out on the counter.
Can I freeze your products to use later?
Yes. Our products freeze well. Fruit topped products are exceptions to that rule. They should not be frozen.
Do you still deliver?
Yes, we still deliver. Call to discuss a delivery schedule.
How many servings are in a pie or a cake?
You can get 8 to 12 pie slices, and 16 to 20 cake slices.
